  • Avoid Sweating

It may be hard to sweat in the winter, but if you bundle up too much, you can sweat and irritate your skin. Stay warm, but not too warm.

Bringing humidity to the air will effortlessly moisturize your skin, reducing the chances of a flare up.

  • Cover Up When Going Out

Many creams can help reduce the symptoms of rosacea from the redness to the itching. These topical creams can also kill the microorganisms responsible for flare ups.
