The dermatology group callcentre that takes appointments must be thorough. My guess is they don't take their job serious. I visited another Dermatology practice and got the treatment I needed very satisfied. Not Dermatology group that try to enforce on me at this office. Unprofessional at highest level. Never had that kind experience at any office in Cincinnati

I’ve recently visited The Dermatology Group Eastgate location for several dermatology procedures. I’m always called back on time, the MA (Claire) is always friendly, engaging and professional, and Bria Barjuca, NP, is caring, helpful and thorough. This is a busy office, but the staff doesn’t let their business slack on good patient care. I will continue to tell my friends and family about this great team.
